Free SEL Resources for Home and the Classroom

Let's Flow and Grow offers free social emotional learning resources for the adults who guide middle schoolers. Whether you are a parent at the kitchen table, a teacher planning a lesson, or a school counselor opening a hard conversation, these printable tools are built to drop straight into your day. Everything is designed for students ages 11 to 14, the grades 6 to 8 window when big feelings and harder choices show up most.

Start with the free Weekly Flow Planner

Our free Weekly Flow Planner is the easiest place to begin. It gives a young person a simple, calm structure for the week: small goals, a place to track feelings, and a reminder that small steps still count. Download it, print it, and use it at home or in class. It pairs naturally with our animated lofi trip hop music videos, so a student can watch a story and then put the lesson into practice on the page.

How the resources fit together

Each free resource connects to one of our three series. Rise & Reset supports emotional regulation, Moves & Mistakes supports decision-making, and Level Up Your Flow supports relationships and character. When you are ready for more, our printable workbooks extend each lesson into guided practice. Parents use them one page at a time, teachers use them as full lessons, and counselors use them to spark reflection. Grab a free resource below, then explore the full library whenever the moment is right.
