Jada

Always looks like she has it together, but inside she is running out of time and second-guessing every decision. She learns that slowing down is not giving up. It is how you stay in control.

Kevin

Is smart, curious, and his own worst critic. He replays every mistake and struggles to move forward when things do not go as planned. His stories help students learn that mistakes are not the end. They are the lesson.

Selena

Knows what matters to her. She just has not figured out how to protect it yet. Pulled in every direction by school, friends, and everyone else's expectations, she is learning to put first things first.

Ryan

Is competitive, fast, and does not always think before he acts. On the court and off it, he is learning that the things you cannot control do not have to control you, and that choosing your response is its own kind of strength.

Susan

Is the one everyone counts on, which means she is the last one to count on herself. Her story helps students silence the voice that says they are not enough and build real, lasting confidence from the inside out.

Steve

Knows what he should do. Following through is the hard part. His story is about building the kind of discipline that does not depend on motivation, and figuring out that showing up consistently is what actually changes things.

Jason

Feels everything deeply, which makes him one of the most caring people in the crew and one of the most overwhelmed. His story helps students name what they are feeling and stop letting anxiety run the show.

The Crew

The whole crew comes together in two workbooks built for every student.

Empathy Workbook

When the whole crew has to figure out how to understand each other, every student sees a little of themselves in the story. The Empathy Workbook helps middle schoolers step into someone else's perspective and build stronger, kinder relationships.

Just Be Workbook

Sometimes the hardest thing is just being okay with who you are right now. The Just Be Workbook brings the whole crew together around stillness, self-acceptance, and finding calm in the middle of everything.

Every workbook is a printable PDF, instant download, ready to use at home, in the classroom, or in a counseling session.
