All products sold at letsflowandgrow.net are instant digital downloads (printable PDF workbooks). Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download has been delivered.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Download Problems

If your download link does not work, the file will not open, or you received the wrong product, email us at lifeskills@letsflowandgrow.net and we will fix it promptly, usually by resending the correct file.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same workbook twice, contact us with your order details and we will refund the duplicate charge.

Something Else Wrong?

If there is a genuine problem with your order that we cannot resolve, reach out within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you on a fair solution, which may include a refund at our discretion.

Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method through Stripe or Paypal and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
